Can we COD or Meet Somewhere to buy ?
Sorry, we are operating as a Internet Shopping model, we don't have intention to go backward for COD and meet somewhere trade.

Will I receive my order after paying you ? Can I trust this webstore ?
We always advise shoppers to take time to browse our website before making decision. Besides, we are a Malaysia registered company .

 

Shipping

How much is the shipping cost?

  • We currently offer free shipping to all Lingerie & Toner products in Peninsular Malaysia.
  • For other products, it will be based on the weight of the item. At the Checkout page, it will be automatically shown the shipping fees of the item.
  • For shipping fee to East Malaysia, we merely charge a nominal fee which is very affordable.

 

When will you send my orders?
After placing orders (within East Peninsular Malaysia), delivery will take place approximately:

  • 3 – 5 working days for EX-STOCK items
  • 14 – 20 working days for IMPORTED items.

The payment has to be cleared within 3 – 5 working days before the delivery, to protect Niwota.my from fraudulent buyers. We apologies for any inconvenience caused.

What are the shipping options?
We normally use Poslaju because it's the cheapest but we also use a few others private couriers. For oversea orders, we normally use EMS and registered mails but we will also follow customers request to use DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc expensive service if customer want to pay


Warranty & return :

What is your warranty policy
Each of our catalog merchants has their own Warranty policy (they differ from item to item). The warranty period is listed on the product description. If not available, the item's warranty is dead on arrival. However, please contact us to confirm the warranty again if our website doesn't mention or not clear. Some items come with warranty sticker , warranty card. Buyer must ensure the items he receives come with the sticker or card, if not pls contact us by email ASAP. Some others item doesn't come with warranty card or sticker but the there is serial number or code on the item. Some other items' warranty will be based on your purchase record with us.

What if the item you received is Damaged or Defective?
You can send us an email and report the damage. We will then guide you to return the damaged or defective items ,and we will make a new replacement to you. If the case, we fail to replace, we will give you a refund excluded postage. Processing your return usually takes 3 business days from the day we receive the return products.

What if I don't like the product as much as I'd hoped?
If you are not completely satisfied with your items ,you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a refund. You will receive a full merchandise refund minus a 25% restocking fee * for only items below selling price of RM300. So, please be careful and survey properly if u are buying expensive items. All returns must be preauthorized by us. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be repacked in the original packing material and be complete. For items under "Fashion", we will not accept a return once your merchandise has been delivered.

Where is your shop that I can view and test the products ?
niwota.my is presently an pure Internet retailer without a physical store and we also don't have a counter for viewing nor self collection.

 

How to differentiate original or remanufactured toner?

We will be selling both original and remanufactured toner as to let our beloved customers another option to choose. We will state either original or remanufactured in the products title. However, we would encourage customers to use remanufactured products as most of the companies are finding their ways to lower down their printing costs during current financial crisis. In addition, using remanufactured toner will help the environment and save the planet.

 

Is there any minimum order for lingerie products?

No. There is no minimum order.

 

What is the size category?

Most of our products are made as one size fits most. We use high quality fabric which can be easily stretched. Please refer to the following measurements restrictions: (Our product will not fit you if your measurements exceed the following restrictions)

How to Measure:

 

BUST
Measure under your arms, around the fullest part of your bust.

WAIST
Measure around your natural waistline, being the smallest part.

LOW WAIST
Measure Approximately 2" below the natural waistline or 2 fingers below the navel. This measurement applies to all of our pants and shorts. It is also used for any skirt that sits below the navel.

HIPS
Measure around the fullest part of your hip.

 

European Sizing
Please take all measurements in centimeters and then divide by
2.54 which will give you the equivalent in inches.
An example would be a waist size of 78.74 centimeters divided by
2.54 would equal a 31 inch waist.

 

 

Height

Fit best for those with height (from head to floor) 158 cm to 175 cm

What happen if I had selected the item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?
No reservation will be done.
